Kinky Art Café is a community for the spectrum of sex-gender and sexuality, where supportive straight allies are also welcome. 1. Everyone aged 18 or over is welcome in the community, provided they accept the current state of biological knowledge showing that sex characteristics appear not as two strict categories but as a spectrum, and that intersex traits are a natural part of humanity within evolution. 2. Within the bounds of Finnish law, the app allows publishing any content that supports the sex-gender and sexuality spectrum community. Upon request, the person publishing must be able to present written publication consent from every person appearing in the image. 3. Photos must be labeled on a scale of softcore, hardcore, or extreme hardcore. If you are unsure how to classify an image, you may use the stricter classification or ask the administrators for advice. 4. Members commit to keeping content shared within the community private: other members' photos or other content may not be distributed outside the community without the creator's permission. Copyright to the content always remains with its creator. 5. The site administrators may restrict the actions of a user who harms the community. Restrictions are kept as minimal as possible while still achieving their purpose. 6. Members have the right to delete their account and be forgotten. However, if a report of disruptive behavior has been filed against a user, the administrators are entitled to retain the necessary information for a reasonable period to investigate the matter. 7. Commercial operators whose business supports the sex-gender and sexuality spectrum community may also use the service. Note, however, that posts made for commercial purposes must be marked as commercial.
